Art. 1 – Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through this website (the “Site”) by users (“you”).
1.2 By providing your tax code during purchase, you acknowledge whether you are acting as a Consumer or a Professional under Italian Consumer Law (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
- A Consumer is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business, trade, craft, or professional activity.
- A Professional is a natural or legal person acting within their business, trade, craft, or professional activity.
1.3 All terms referencing “working days” exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Product images and descriptions are indicative only; actual colors may vary due to device settings.
1.4 The Seller may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on the Site. You are encouraged to review the most current version before placing an order.
1.5 The version of the Terms in effect when your order is submitted applies.
1.6 These Terms do not govern products or services offered by third parties through links or banners on the Site. The Seller is not responsible for these third parties’ content, services, or sales.
1.7 You must read these Terms carefully, along with all information provided on the Site during the purchasing process.
1.8 The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or interruptions of the Site.
1.9 Unless agreed otherwise, orders cannot be placed via email or telephone.
1.10 All content on the Site is the property of the Seller or third parties. You may not copy, distribute, or modify it without explicit permission.
Art. 2 – Purchases on the Site
2.1 Orders must be placed through the Site’s online procedure. A contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order.
2.2 You must notify the Seller immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or personal data.
2.3 Personal information provided must be accurate and complete. You agree to indemnify the Seller for damages arising from false information.
2.4 The Seller may refuse orders from users who previously breached these Terms or applicable laws.
2.5 Orders can only be placed after acceptance of these Terms, by checking the relevant box during the checkout process.
2.6 The purchase contract is exclusively between the Seller and the user.
2.7 The Seller may refer to itself using the trade name or “We” on the Site or in communications.
2.8 The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted Site availability and is not liable for temporary service interruptions.
2.9 After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email including product details, price, shipping address, and payment method.
2.10 Product colors shown on the Site are indicative. Contact the Seller if you have questions about color accuracy.
Art. 3 – Product Availability
3.1 Products are limited in quantity and may become unavailable after order submission.
3.2 Product availability is continuously updated on the Site, but simultaneous purchases may temporarily deplete stock.
3.3 If a product becomes unavailable, you may terminate the contract or accept extended delivery terms if offered by the Seller.
3.4 Refunds for unavailable products will be processed within 5–10 days.
3.5 If the purchase contract is terminated, the Seller will refund all amounts paid, including shipping, as specified in the payment section.
Art. 4 – Prices
4.1 All prices include VAT.
4.2 WEEE contributions are not included unless applicable.
4.3 Prices may change at any time, but your order will be charged at the price displayed at checkout.
4.4 Shipping fees apply for orders under the free-shipping threshold indicated on the Site.
4.5 Product ownership transfers upon dispatch to the carrier. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
4.6 Orders are canceled if payment is not completed, unless otherwise agreed.
4.7 In the event of pricing errors, the Seller may correct the price and allow you to accept the new price or cancel the order.
Art. 5 – Payment Methods
5.1 Available payment methods include credit/debit cards.
5.2 Card payments are processed only after verification and authorization. Strong Customer Authentication may apply. Payment data is encrypted and not stored by the Seller.
5.3 Bank transfers must be completed within 3 calendar days of order confirmation.
5.4 Cash on delivery is not available unless agreed in advance.
5.5 Discount codes can be applied once per order and cannot be converted into cash.
5.7 Prices on the Site are not personalized through automated decisions.
5.8 Previous lowest prices will be displayed for items with discounts, unless it is a launch price.
Art. 6 – Delivery
6.1 Products are delivered in Europe. Full shipping details are in the “Shipping” section.
6.2 Delivery is fulfilled when the Product is handed to you or your designated recipient.
6.3 Delivery times: 2–5 working days (Italy), 5–14 working days (Europe).
6.4 Delivery times are indicative; the Seller may take up to 30 days. Check packages for damage upon receipt.
6.5 The Site does not currently allow pick-up points, except in-store collection if offered.
6.6 In-store collection requires documentation proving purchase.
Art. 7 – Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Professionals do not have this right unless agreed.
7.2 Products must be returned intact, with all accessories and packaging. Consumers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method, minus any reduction for diminished value of the Product.
Art. 8 – Legal Warranty of Conformity
8.1 Consumers are entitled to a 2-year warranty for new products; 12 months for refurbished/used products.
8.2 Professionals’ purchases are governed by Italian Civil Code Articles 1490 et seq., with claims within 8 days of defect discovery and a 1-year limitation.
Art. 9 – Manufacturer’s Warranty
9.1 Manufacturer warranties are additional and must be enforced directly with the manufacturer.
Art. 10 – Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Contracts are governed by Italian law and the Consumer Code.
10.2 Consumers may bring disputes to their local court; Professionals must refer to the court where the Seller is based.
